Conflict Management
The Beyond Fighting Conflict Management course combines both theoretical and practical elements. It is designed to improve participants' understanding of how conflict occurs and the contribution they can make to de-escalating any confrontation. Throughout the course, participants learn and practice the key skills needed to enable them to maintain their composure whilst de-escalating conflict.
