Unlike some training systems, Beyond Fighting Total Body Defence incorporates simple, practical and effective self-defence-based movements that allow you to develop potentially life-saving skills while enjoying a fun and challenging workout. Beyond Fighting Total Body Defence is a non-contact system. Instead of hitting your partner, you hit cushioned pads. This system ensures the highest safety standards for you, our students. It's also a fabulously exhilarating form of exercise and is a fantastic way to counteract the stresses and strains of modern life

 

Beyond Fighting Total Body Defence combines the use of aerobic and anaerobic energy systems with the systematic recruitment of both fast- and slow-twitch muscle fibres. What this means is that you'll burn more calories in an hour than if you spend that same hour jogging at a steady pace on a treadmill or using a stairclimber. Beyond Fighting Total Body Defence will give you a super-varied and interesting training session. You'll find it keeps your body and mind guessing every single time you train.
